Mast Raising / Lowering Fixture for Long 2" Tower Masts...

I'm in the beginning stages of planning a 100-foot Rohn 55G guyed tower on my acre backyard.

Can someone tell me about applicable mast raising fixture(s) that will safely raise / lower a 20 to 22 foot mast that extends above the top plate, by up to 15 feet, with a large and heavy antenna array above?

I'm trying to nail down the necessary rotating mast and tower top design that includes a 20 to 22-foot 2" chrome-molly mast, a Rohn or other tower top plate with thrust bearing, a mast centering "keeper" plate between the top plate and rotor for when the rotor is removed and a raising fixture is used, and an M2 or similar capability rotor located 5 to 7 feet below the top plate.

If pictures are available of a same or similar setup, concerning the raising fixture, I'd enjoy receiving them.

Thanks.
