National team warned ahead of Libya fixture | Truly Zambian

Zambia National Soccer team delegation leader to AFCON, Boniface Mwamelo has warned the team against complacency in the build up to the second game against Libya on Wednesday. Mwamelo who is Football Association of Zambia-FAZ-Vice President has told the team to consider each game as a final. He says the team should put behind the 2-1 victory over Senegal and concentrate on the upcoming fixtures. The team had a loosening up training session yesterday and a full training session this evening, with another lined up tomorrow and the final one on Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, Chipolopolo soccer fans Association chairperson, Yotam Mwanza who traveled to offer support to the team says the game against Libya should be payback time for Zambia.Senegal who are coming from a loss had a training session this morning and were so apprehensive to give interviews. Zambia and Libya will battle at 18 hours Zambian time at Bata Stadium while Senegal and Equatorial Guinea will play at 21 hours.   Zambia is currently topping Group A on goal difference but are at par with Equatorial Guinea on 3 points while Senegal and Libya have no point.
