Bolton's home Premier League fixture against Blackburn Rovers will go ahead as scheduled.
The FA Cup quarter-final against Tottenham will also be replayed, after rumours of a forfeit from the Trotters' camp.
Following the postponement of Tuesday's game against Aston Villa in the wake of Fabrice Muamba’s on-field cardiac arrest, it had been believed that Saturday's match and the FA Cup tie were in doubt.
Yet the club have confirmed that, after talking to the family of Muamba, they will fulfil their upcoming and outstanding fixtures.
Manager Owen Coyle told the press: "We spoke together with the players as a group this morning and I talked with Fabrice's family last night.
"Fabrice's father Marcel and his fiancee Shauna were keen that we fulfil our fixtures. Once the players knew this, there was no doubt in our minds that we would play the matches."
Bolton are currently 17th in the Premier League.
