Everton manager David Moyes has criticised the Premier League for contributing to a Toffees fixture pile-up.
The Merseysiders defeated Swansea 2-0 at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday but have little time to catch breath before they travel to Sunderland for an FA Cup sixth round replay on Tuesday.
It will be Everton's fifth game in 17 days, with Moyes concerned at the strain it is putting on his small squad.
He is particularly frustrated at the Premier League's decision to schedule the Merseyside derby four days before the original cup clash at Goodison a fortnight ago.
The 49-year-old opted to rest six first-team players for the short trip to Anfield, with his focus appearing to be on the FA Cup.
However, he promptly drew plenty of criticism from his own supporters after his much-changed side slumped to a heavy 3-0 defeat.
Moyes has remained defiant about his team selection, insisting he is doing the best he can given the circumstances that could have been made easier by the authorities.
"They haven't helped us out and they have really disappointed me", said Moyes, whose side's victory in South Wales lifted them into ninth place.
"I don't think Everton have been helped in many ways this season, particularly over fixtures."
With Everton's players struggling to juggle a hectic spell of fixtures punters may want to use their free bet to back a Sunderland victory on their home turf on Tuesday.
The Black Cats continued their revival under Martin O'Neill on Saturday, defeating QPR 3-1 to stay in eighth place - above Everton on goal difference.
