Our Barclays Premier League match away at Liverpool, which was originally scheduled for Saturday 5 May, will now take place on Sunday 6 May with a 2pm kick off.
All matches from Saturday 5 May have been re-arranged in order to avoid being played on the same day as the FA Cup final.
However, all matches are subject to further change as a result of broadcasting selections.
