First post - Need advice on my lighting fixture

So here is my box/ light fixture plan. The box is 6 feet wide by 4 feet deep and 7 feet tall. I haven't planned my exact measurements for the light fixture, but it will cover the area of the box and the lights will be placed as shown. The 4 random dots hang straight down to provide light on the sides of the plant and there will be an addition light going straight down in-between the two "X" figures in the middle. So in a sense, each plant (6 plants) will have 4 23 Watt CFL's hitting each them. 21 lights totaling an equivalent of 2100 watts. Go big or go home right? From what I have been told, I should use 2700K and 6500K. Where should I put the different ones? How many of each and where? Thanks ahead of time, I should have this fixture constructed by the weekend.
